We eagerly await the first Sussex County SBA hybrid meeting of the 2024-2025 school year. The program topic is ``Guiding Principles: The Board’s Role in Policy and Ethics.`` The board plays a crucial role in shaping the quality and integrity of an educational community through effective policy and ethics. NJSBA Director of Policy Kim Gatti and NJSBA Field Service Representative Kelly Mithcell will lead an informative discussion on responsibility in developing sound policies, maintaining ethical conduct, and providing oversight, governance, and leadership.

The meeting will include reports from the Sussex County SBA Executive Committee Members, a preview of Workshop 2024: Quest for Student Success, and a Field Services update from NJSBA field service representative Kelly Mitchell.
