"Earning Your First Boardsmanship Certification"

The New Board Member (NBM) Boardsmanship Certification is the first tier of the NJSBA Board Member Academy certification program, and is highly recommended for new board members. New members receive a firm foundation in the initial governance skills needed to carry out their responsibilities. NJSBA Field Service Representative Michelle Kennedy will share the necessary steps to achieve this certification.
