Presenters include:

● Dr. Marilyn Davis,  Montclair State University - Director, Center for Educational Innovation and Strategic Partnerships
Dr. Davis will discuss Montclair State University's program designed to help current paraprofessionals transition into certified classroom teaching positions, creating a pathway for talented school employees to advance their careers while meeting district staffing needs.

● Dr. William Carpluk, Centenary University - Assistant Professor: School of Education, Humanities, and Mathematics Director 
Dr. Carpluk will share Centenary University's work with high school students who are interested in pursuing careers in education, including strategies for encouraging and supporting future educators as they explore the profession.

Through this presentation, participants will learn about innovative educator pipeline programs, partnership opportunities between school districts and higher education institutions, and practical strategies for recruiting, developing, and retaining the next generation of teachers.
