• Keynote Address: A special presentation by the 2026–2027 Essex County Teacher of the Year, celebrating their classroom excellence and profound impact on our community.
• Association Leadership: The official election of the 2027–2029 Essex County Association Officers to help steer our shared educational mission over the next two years.
• Academy Certifications: Recognizing individual board members who have earned personal certifications through the NJSBA Board Member Academy this past year.
• Board Member Milestones: Honoring our dedicated, long-serving trustees celebrating major milestones (10, 15, 20+ years) on their local boards.
